It looks like gamers in North America will finally be able to relive the epic battles of the Three Kingdoms as Koei announced the release of Warriors Orochi for the PC and PlayStation Portable by next month. The PC version of this classic hack and slash title features enhanced graphics and will be available exclusively through digital download. Installer Pandora from PSP Homebrew Developer Victor 23300 - the three minute Pandora installer - is back, and now in English!  Even better: the new version offers a patch that gives version 1.5 kernel support.

Got three minutes of patience to spare for Pandora? Then Install Pandora is probably the tool you need. Like other Pandora easy installers, Install Pandora loads up in your PC and comes with a collection of prepared tools to smoothen the creation and installation of Pandora and the Pandora battery.

Another homebrew developer by the name of TRStealthX has come out of the shadows and has released the homebrew application PSDeveloper which is currently in BETA. Budding and established PSP coders out there should take note of this application because this will be able to help you in the development of other applications or games for the Sony PlayStation Portable.

What is PSDeveloper exactly? Glad you asked. It's a Windows application that will allow you to develop apps for the PSP. This homebrew application works on both Windows Vista and Windows XP. Here's a list of features TRStealthX' PSDeveloper BETA has:

• Insert common, media, and net headers.
• Insert callback routines.
• Example codes of Hello World and Displaying an image to the PSP.
• Allows for basic file operations.

TRStealthX is open for suggestions when it comes to the PSDeveloper, so better tell the dev what you think is needed in this nifty app. You can also report what bugs may be found in the BETA version of PSDeveloper. Here's a list of what TRStealthX says should be expected from PSDeveloper:
